Rain accumulation at Danbury Airport reached 1.71 inches, while Bridgeport Airport totals were 0.83 inches in the afternoon.
The wind gusts Tuesday afternoon in Fairfield reached 52 miles per, while Sikorsky Airport experienced gusts of 51 miles per hour. Norwalk's winds were 50 miles per hour while Stamford's were 48 miles per hour around 2:50 p.m.
Wednesday's skies will be mostly sign, with a high near 38 degrees and light winds, according to the National Weather Service.
Overnight will be partly cloudy with lower temperatures dropping to around 22 degrees.
Thursday skies will be sunny again, with temperatures reaching the freezing mark, though it will feel much colder due to wind chill values between 15 and 20 degrees.
Thursday night will be clear with mild winds, though temperatures will drop into the teens.

Saturday skies will be sunny, with temperatures climbing up to 49 degrees.
