Wednesday will see some patchy fog in the morning, but otherwise the day will be partly sunny, with a high near 60, according to the National Weather Service. There will be alight and variable wind. Beginning Wednesday night, there will be increasing clouds, and the low will drop to around 41. The east wind will be 6 to 11 mph, and there is a 30 percent chance of rain after 2 a.m.
The flood watch has been issued for Thursday morning, and lasting through Friday afternoon. Heavy rainfall is expected Thursday, with thunderstorms also possible in the afternoon. Any new rainfall will exacerbate already swollen rivers and streams, and urban and small stream flooding also remains possible.
There is a total rainfall of around one-and-a-half to two inches possible. Thursday will also see patchy fog in the afternoon, as well as gusts as high as 28 mph. The rain will decrease Thursday night, when there is a 50 percent chance of showers and patchy fog before 2 a.m. The low will be around 43.
On Friday there is a 20 percent chance of showers. The day will be mostly cloudy, with a high near 53. There is a 30 percent chance of showers before midnight, and the low at night will be around 37.
Saturday is expected to be partly sunny, with a high near 54. The night will be mostly clear, with a low around 36.
