It's hard to believe it was just last weekend that temperatures plunged below zero with wind chills of -25 in Fairfield County.

It’ll be sunny all day Saturday with highs in the mid-50s throughout the area and as high as 58 to even 60 in some spots farther south. Those temperatures are 10 to 20 degrees above normal for mid-February.

The low overnight will fall only to about 40 degrees under clear skies.

Sunday will be a partly cloudy day with highs right around 50.

On Sunday night, there is a 50 percent chance of rain before 3 a.m., and a chance some snow mixed in between 1 and 3 a.m. Some accumulation is possible at this time.
