The National Weather Service says a total of 1 to 3 inches could fall across both days.
Tuesday's rain could be heavy at times, with patchy fog after 3 p.m. and high temperature in the upper 50s, which is warm for late November. New rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches is possible.
More rain is likely before 9 p.m. Tuesday, trailing off until midnight with patchy fog and temps dropping to about 49 degrees.
Wednesday will open with patchy fog, then rain, heavy at times with thunderstorms possible, after 3 p.m. High temperatures will be in the mid-50s. A half-inch of rain is possible.
Wednesday night will see more rain and possibly a thunderstorm before midnight, then showers likely, mainly between midnight and 3 a.m. Another three-quarters of an inch of rain is possible.
The sun will return Thursday, Dec. 1, with an unseasonably high temperature near 56 degrees.
