Another Wet, Cool Day Forecast For Bridgeport

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. — Fairfield County residents will want to head for the shore early Monday as rain and temperatures in the mid-70s are forecast to settle back in after noon and expand as evening approaches, according to the National Weather Service.

Forecasters are calling for a 20 percent of showers and thunderstorms in the morning, followed by a 50 percent chance of rain and thunderstorms Monday afternoon and evening. Temperatures are expected to fall into the low to mid-60s as evening approaches. 

Tuesday dawns with partly cloudy skies that continue throughout the day, with a 20 percent of showers and thunderstorms carrying into the evening. Temperatures will warm slightly with highs in the mid- to upper-70s.

Wednesday will be sunny with a high around 78.
