Westport Native, Fairfield Prep Alum Jay Sirois Dies Suddenly At 37 Jay Michael Sirois of Westport died suddenly April 17. He was 37 years old.  He was born in Hartford to Veronica Lorraine Falana and the late James Thomas Sirois.  He graduated with honors from Fairfield Preparatory High School in 1999, and proudly graduated from Georgetown University in 2003 with a BA in Literature.  During his time at Georgetown, he cultivated innumerable lifelong friendships and an undying love for the Hoyas, rivaled only by his love for the Chicago Cubs.
