CT State Police Ask Public's Help In Identifying Man Involved In Serious Crash The Connecticut State Police Department is attempting to identify a man who was a passenger in a serious motor vehicle accident.  This party and the operator of the vehicle are unable to speak with investigators at this time. The crash occurred at approximately 3 a.m. on Wednesday, July 3 on southbound Route 8 at Exit 17 east of Oxford. The male is described as being black, approximately 40 years old and being 6-foot and 160 pounds. He has a heart tattoo on his right arm and “JABA” tattooed on his left forearm with more writing that is bandaged over. (Photo above.) He was wearing …
