The man was photographed on surveillance around 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 12, near Barnum and Broadbridge avenues in Stratford.  He was wearing white pants, glasses, a winter hat and was carrying what appears to be some type of backpack on his back.  Stratford Police said he appears to be a painter or taper.
