Man Seriously Injured In Crash Between Car, Motorcycle In Bridgeport
A man was seriously injured in a crash involving a car, motorcycle and two parked vehicles.
It happened just before 7:30 p.m. Saturday, May 2 in Bridge at the intersection of Fairfield Avenue and Lenox avenues in Bridgeport.
The driver of a 1993 Honda CBR600 sportbike, identified as Terrell McCrae, 26, of Bridgeport, was traveling westbound on Fairfield Avenue, according to Sgt. Gabe Meszaros of the Bridgeport Police Department.

A 47-year-old man was arrested for allegedly stabbing his neighbor and then himself numerous times.
Terrell Culver, of Bridgeport, was arrested Saturday, Feb. 1, after Bridgeport Police received a call that two men were in a dispute on Myrtle Avenue, said Scott Appleby, director of Bridgeport's Office of Emergency Management.
When police arrived on the scene they found a man with stab wounds and rushed him to St. Vincent's Hospital, Appleby said.

Four Shot At Bridgeport Courthouse, Police Say

Four people have been shot at the Bridgeport Courthouse, according to police.
The shooting took place around 12:15 p.m., Monday, Jan. 27, at the courthouse on Golden Hill Street, said Rowena White, director of communication for the City of Bridgeport.
According to White, an assailant shot at individuals in a vehicle. Three of those injured ran from the vehicle into the courthouse for cover. The fourth person, the driver of the vehicle, was also hit.

Man Stabbed By Teenage Girl After Locating Stolen Car At Trumbull Mall, Police Say
A 22-year-old was stabbed at the Westfield Trumbull Mall after confronting two teenage girls who had allegedly stolen his vehicle.
Alizen Elliston, 19, of Bridgeport was arrested on Wednesday, Aug. 21, and charged with assault, said Trumbull Police Department Lt. Brian Weir.
According to Weir, the victim, a Bridgeport man, learned that a credit card which had been left in his stolen vehicle was being used at a store at the mall. Shortly after noon, the man went to the mall and located his stolen vehicle in the mall parking lot with the two young teens inside.
