Connecticut Magazine has released a list of the state’s best eateries per restaurant type based on the culinary expertise of a panel of professionals. Two Fairfield County locales were rated among the best Latin American/Spanish cuisine in all the state. Ibiza Tapas, one of Danbury’s most popular eateries, has a new locale - Ibiza Kitchen in Chappaqua. Located at 76 King St., Ibiza Kitchen opened in mid-December and mimics the offerings at its Danbury locale. Two College Professors Have Open Minds And Closed Books
BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- At Housatonic Community College, two professors are bringing their unique perspectives to the classroom. Both have found ways to teach their students in a fun, engaging way, not often found in college courses. Professor Josephine Milano, who teaches Elementary Spanish, explores the Spanish language while introducing students to the rich history and culture of Spain.
