Bridgeport Hairdresser Charged In Crash That Killed Father Of Two A local hairdresser wanted on a warrant for second-degree manslaughter was nabbed by Bridgeport police at 3:50 a.m.Wednesday by an officer checking out a suspicious vehicle. Dionna Silas, 24, of Bridgeport, was caught on Main and Fairview Avenue sitting in a running car after midnight shift Officer Phil Norris checked out the car and discovered the wanted woman who originally gave officers a fake ID, said Av Harris, spokesman for the Bridgeport Police Department.
