19-Year-Old Charged In Violent CT Street Takeover That Injured Police Officer A 19-year-old man has been charged with rioting after allegedly taking part in a violent street takeover in a Connecticut parking lot. The incident took place in New Haven County around 1:45 a.m., Saturday, Dec. 9 in the Stop & Shop parking lot on Bridgeport Avenue in Milford. According to the Milford Police, an officer spotted numerous vehicles and more than 100 people in the parking lot of the shopping center.
