Justin Foley surrendered himself to the Stamford Police Friday and was charged with misconduct with a motor vehicle following an investigation into the Sept. 23, 2018 crash, said Stamford Police Sgt. ID Released For Man Killed In Crash With Jeep Driven By Norwalk Teen In Downtown Stamford A 26-year-old motorcyclist killed in a crash with a Jeep at a busy intersection in downtown Stamford has been identified by police. Rene A. Sandoval-Romero of Stamford was killed around 7 p.m. Sunday during a crash with the 2012 Jeep Wrangler at the intersection of Canal Street and Tresser Boulevard, said Stamford Police Sgt. Andrew Gallagher.
