Bridgeport Woman Nabbed For Driving While High On PCP, Police Say
A Fairfield County woman was arrested for DUI/drugs and other charges for an incident that took place almost a year ago.
Jessica Mott, age 34, of Bridgeport, was arrested by Westport Police on Saturday, Jan. 23, for an event that took place on Monday, Feb. 3, 2020, said Lt. David Wolf.
According to Wolf, on Feb. 3, Westport Police officers responded to the parking lot at 701 Post Road East on a report of a motor vehicle accident.

CT Man Sentenced For Narcotics Distribution
A Connecticut man has been sentenced to 70 months in prison for distributing narcotics.
Hartford County resident McClendon Jones, age 40, of Bloomfield, was sentenced on Friday, Jan. 8, by U.S. District Judge Kari A. Dooley to the prison time, followed by four years of supervised release, said U.S. Attorney for the District of Connecticut John H. Durham.
According to court documents and statements made in court, on Saturday, Aug. 8, 2019, Jones sped away from investigators who were conducting a traffic stop in Hartford and his car sideswiped a city transit bus.

Argument In Driveway Lands One Man In Hospital For PCP, Another In Cuffs, Police Say
A fight between two men, including one from the Hudson Valley, landed one in the hospital and the other in handcuffs in Fairfield County.
The incident took place around 12:10 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 7, when Wilton Police responded to a home on Westport Road for a suspicious person complaint, said Wilton Police Lieutenant Gregg Phillipson.
According to Phillipson, when officers arrived on the scene they found two men standing in the middle of a driveway arguing with each other.

Stamford Woman Who Pulled Fire Alarm Faces Drug Charge, Police Say
A Stamford woman who pulled a fire alarm ended up in handcuff after police found she was allegedly in possession of PCP.
Adja Zeynabou Fall, 23, was busted around 11:15 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 27, after police responded to a condominium building on Glenbrook Road for a report of an unruly woman, reported the Stamford Advocate.
According to police, Fall allegedly pulled the fire alarm and was beating on doors of the first floor of the complex when they arrived, the newspaper said.
When arrested, officers found 2.5 grams of PCP, a powerful hallucinogenic, the Advocate said.
