Police: Unregistered Driver From Bridgeport Caught With Weapon In Vehicle A Fairfield County man is facing a weapons charge after being stopped by officers while driving without insurance and a proper registration for his vehicle in Westport. An officer from the Westport Police Department on patrol at approximately 4:45 p.m. on June 20 stopped Bridgeport resident Luis Polanco-Guzman, when he committed a vehicle and traffic law violation while traveling eastbound on Allen Raymond Lane.
