A Fairfield County jewelry store owner was shot and killed during an armed robbery over the weekend. Mark Vuono, 69, was discovered around 2:45 p.m., Saturday, March 28, at Marco Jewelers, located 16 Sixth St., in Stamford, said the Stamford Police Department.
