Suspects In Theft At Auto Dealer Caught After Police Call Off Post Road Chase A pair of suspects who allegedly stole a set of tires and rims from a Westport auto dealership took police on a brief high-speed chase before ultimately being apprehended attempting to flee the area on foot. A Westport police officer on patrol at approximately 1:45 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 13 spotted a vehicle slowly leaving the area of a local car dealership without any headlights on.
