Two Teens Struck By Hit-Run Driver In Bridgeport Two Fairfield County teens on a scooter received serious injuries after being struck by a hit-and-run pickup truck driver. The incident took place in Bridgeport around 5:45 p.m. on Wednesday, June 15 on Kossuth Street. An investigation into the crash found that a man driving a pickup truck struck the two teens, and then fled the area, said Scott Appleby, director of emergency management for Bridgeport. Bridgeport Police Arrest Teen In December Shooting Death BRIDGEPORT, Conn. — A Bridgeport teenager was arrested Friday in a December murder related to gang activity and held on $1 million bond, police said.  "An arrest warrant was obtained for Jarod Hamilton charging him with the murder of Khali Davis," police said. "This murder occurred at the Maple Street Mini Market at 717 Kossuth St. on Dec. 23. Investigation showed that this was an ongoing gang dispute."
