Man Who Violated Protection Order Attacks Victim With Knife In Greenwich, Police Say A 22-year-old Fairfield County man was taken into police custody after allegedly violating a court-issued Protective Order and threatening his victim with a knife, investigators said. Officers from the Greenwich Police Department responded to a Delavan Avenue home in Byram at approximately 4 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 8, where there was a report of a domestic incident.
