$2 Million Bond: Murderer, Convicted Felon Nabbed In Bridgeport, Police Say A 22-year-old murder suspect from Connecticut was captured by US Marshals in Fairfield County after evading police for four months, officials say. Omar Nelson was arrested in Bridgeport on Thursday, May 4 for the Wednesday, Jan. 4 murder of 30-year-old Kentel Robinson at approximately 6 a.m., according to the New Haven Police Department. In New Haven in January, police responded to the scene of a shooting on Chapel Street and found Robinson suffering from a gunshot wound.
