A man dressed in dark clothing was caught by troopers allegedly attempting to break into Connecticut State Police vehicles. The incident took place in Hartford in the rear parking lot of Troop H on Washington Street on Tuesday, Dec. 27. According to state police, troopers from the Troop H barracks noticed a man dressed in dark clothing in the rear personnel parking area. Reward Offered In Bridgeport Bank Robbery Case
A Fairfield County bank is offering a $500 reward for help finding a bank robber who made off with more than $2,000 in cash. The robbery took place around 11:30 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 13 at the Webster Bank located at 3546 Main St., in Bridgeport. The wanted suspect stole $2,000 in cash by stating he was "Sticking up the place," said Detective Albert Palatiello, of the Bridgeport Police. Officer, K-9 Struck In CT Hit-Run
Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a suspect after an officer and his K-9 were struck by a hit-and-run driver in Connecticut, investigators said. Officers in New Haven County from the Naugatuck Police Department were dispatched to the area of Seth Drive and Highland Avenue at approximately 12:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 27, where there was a report of a suspicious vehicle, which had struck a police cruiser.
