2 Juveniles Stabbed During Norwalk's Annual Oyster Festival Two juveniles were stabbed, and another was arrested during a Fairfield County festival. The incident occurred in Norwalk on Friday, Sept. 6, in the area of Fort Point Street and Seaview Avenue on the grounds of the city's Oyster Festival.  According to Norwalk Deputy Chief of Operation Terrence Blake, officers at the festival noticed a disturbance and discovered that two juveniles had sustained stab wounds.  Blake said that officers immediately summoned emergency medical services, who aided the two juveniles and transported them to the Norwalk Hospital. Teen Becomes Combative With Cops After Causing Damage At Local School A teenage boy became combative with officers after he was found to have caused damage inside a local elementary school, police said. At approximately 1:50 a.m. Thursday, May 14, officers responded to an alarm at the Stratfield Elementary School in Fairfield.  Officers searched the perimeter of the school and found the building to be secure.
