'Cyber Tip' Leads To Arrest Of Norwalk Man For Child Porn A Norwalk man has been has been charged with possession of child pornography following a months-long investigation. Jorge Campos of South Main Street was arrested on Tuesday, Feb. 5, following the execution of a warrant that uncovered a device containing numerous files of child pornography within his home, said Norwalk Police Lt. Terrence Blake.
