Stamford Man Admits To Trafficking Heroin In Connecticut
A drug dealer in Connecticut may spend the rest of his life in prison after admitting to distributing heroin in Fairfield County. For the second time, Stamford resident Joaquin Veras - who has a previous conviction for drug trafficking - pleaded guilty to distributing heroin in Connecticut. Specifically, Veras, 46, pleaded to one count of possession with intent to distribute, and distribution of, one kilogram or more of heroin.
