Man Attacks Security Guards, Causes Disturbance At Bloomingdale's At SoNo Collection A Norwalk man was arrested following a disturbance at Bloomingdale's at the SoNo Collection, causing a panic in the up-scale shopping center. The incident took place around 6:45 p.m., Monday, Jan. 13, when Norwalk Police received calls for an assault at the store, said Lt. Jared Zwickler, spokesman for the Norwalk Police. Callers reported a man was inside the store knocking down items and had punched another individual.
