CT Duo Nabbed For Attempting To Scam Nearly $10K From Woman Two Connecticut men are facing larceny charges for their alleged attempt to scam a Westchester County woman out of thousands of dollars. Kylo Simons and Rayshawn McFarlane, both of Hartford, were each charged with third-degree larceny, according to the Irvington Police Department. Fairfield County Woman Driving Drunk Slams Into Westchester Home The 29-year-old driver who slammed into a Westchester home on Wednesday was driving drunk, according to Irvington Police. Sonia M. Minchala-Juanacio of Danbury was charged with drunk driving, refusal to take a breath test, driving without a license, failure to stop at a stop sign, and failure to maintain a lane, said Irvington PD Det.
