Traffic Stop Leads To Drug Arrest For Area Man A 27-year-old man was nabbed on alleged possession of drug charges following a traffic stop. Francisco Soares, of Derby, was arrested on Friday, Feb. 7, by Milford Police after being stopped by the department's TAC Unit on an anti-crime patrol in the area of Old Gate Lane. During the stop, officers found Soares had a suspended license and an active warrant for his arrest, police said.
