ID Released For Man Who Died After Boat Overturned In Long Island Sound Officials have identified the person killed when a 17-foot-boat overturned in Long Island Sound. Eul Lee, 64, from Fort Lee, New Jersey, was killed during a boating accident in Long Island Sound on Sunday, Nov. 3, said the  Department of Energy and Environmental Protection State Environmental Conservation Police. The incident took place around 9:45 a.m. when four people were fishing from a vessel in the vicinity of the Stratford Shoals (Middle Ground) Light Station when the vessel capsized, EnCon officials said.
