The two reportedly are a woman in her 80s and man in his 40s. Three New York City residents have no been diagnosed with the COVID-19 virus. The first case in the state was diagnosed in Manhattan, a 39-year-old woman who is employed as a healthcare worker and had recently returned from Iran. She is recovering at home where she's been quarantined with her husband, whose test came back negative. ID Released For Man Who Died After Boat Overturned In Long Island Sound Officials have identified the person killed when a 17-foot-boat overturned in Long Island Sound. Eul Lee, 64, from Fort Lee, New Jersey, was killed during a boating accident in Long Island Sound on Sunday, Nov. 3, said the  Department of Energy and Environmental Protection State Environmental Conservation Police. The incident took place around 9:45 a.m. when four people were fishing from a vessel in the vicinity of the Stratford Shoals (Middle Ground) Light Station when the vessel capsized, EnCon officials said. Greenwich Police say they responded to Chase Bank on Post Road on a report of a man attempting to open a fraudulent account on Thursday, Aug. 15 around 2:15 p.m. Officers responded and searched the area, but they were unable to locate the suspect, police say.
