$100,000 Bridgeport Lottery Winner Says It's A 'Life Changer' A Bridgeport woman who was hoping to win at least a $100 when she purchased a Premiere Play lottery scratch-off ticket on Tuesday, Jan. 15. But to her surprise and delight, Jannette Pagan walked away with a lot more after scratching the ticket purchased at the Grocery Village in Bridgeport. She scratched her ticket and found a winning number match - not with a prize for $100, but one for $100,000. Pagan said she will use the prize money to pay off the mortgage on her house -- years earlier than planned. "This really is a life-changer," she said.
