CT State Trooper Suspended From Police Powers After Being Arrested For Disorderly Conduct
A state trooper has been suspended from his police powers after being arrested. Connecticut State Police said in a statement on Sunday, Jan. 26 that it learned that Trooper Dimitrie Bogiatzopoulos was arrested by the Hamden Police Department and charged with disorderly conduct. As a result of the arrest, a state police supervisor has seized Bogiatzopoulos' department firearms, badge, identification, and police cruiser, state police said.
