New Pizzeria, Italian Kitchen Set To Debut In Greenwich A new pizzeria and Italian kitchen set to debut in Fairfield County will feature everything from pizza to entrees based on 50 years of family recipes, all in a family-friendly setting. Luca’s Pizzeria and Italian Kitchen will open in Greenwich on Friday, April 12, in the Glenville Shopping Center.  Luca’s is named after owner Joe Criscuolo’s father, who founded Pizza Post in Greenwich in 1972.
