Know Him? Man Wanted For Making Threats At Fairfield County Store, Police Say
Police in Fairfield County are asking the public for assistance identifying a man who made threats at a convenience store. The incident took place in April at a convenience store in Stamford. The suspect is described as being a Black male, approximately 30 years old, 5-foot-6 with an average build, a black mustache, and a beard, said the Stamford Police. 7-Eleven Launches Delivery Subscription Program
Convenience store chain 7-Eleven has launched a new subscription service that lets customers avoid delivery fees. The company said in an announcement on Wednesday, Jan. 19, that the new 7NOW Gold Pass delivery subscription service is $5.95 a month. In addition to skipping delivery fees, customers who subscribe to the service will receive other benefits when they have a basket subtotaling at least $10. 'Iconic' Westport Convenience Store To Reopen
Elvira’s, a convenience store described as “iconic” to the Westport area, will soon be reopening under new ownership following renovations and rebranding efforts. Renamed as Elvira Mae, the store, which stands opposite Old Mill Beach at 222 Hillspoint Road, is scheduled to open its doors once again on or around Thursday, July 4.
