Julian De Jesus Castillo, 35, was sentenced to two more years in state prison after he pleaded guilty in September last year in Hartford federal court to possession of contraband in federal prison after he was busted with weapons in February 2018. On Feb. 8, 2018, Castillo, who is an inmate at the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, was caught with a razor blade and a 7.5-inch piece of flat metal that had sharpened edges and a point on one end.
