Fugitive Caught Inside Stamford Home Stamford Police nabbed an escapee from a Department of Corrections halfway house after receiving a tip of where he was hiding out. Christopher J. Williams was located inside a home on Myano Lane on Wednesday after receiving the information that was where he was hiding, said Stamford Police Lt. Michael Noto.
