Trio Nabbed For Fairfield County Shots Fired Incident, Police Say Three people, including a juvenile, were arrested in connection with gunshots being fired in Fairfield County. The incident took place in Norwalk around 12:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 9 in the area of 4 Merritt Street. Norwalk police responded to the area after receiving a 911 call of shots being fired in the area and three men running away, said Sgt. Sofia Gulino, of the Norwalk Police. Convicted Bridgeport Felon Found With Loaded Gun After Stop In Norwalk A convicted felon was caught with a loaded handgun stolen out of a state in a traffic stop in Norwalk, police said. It happened on Friday, Dec. 27 at 6:43 p.m., when members of the Norwalk PD Strategic Narcotics Enforcement Team observed an Infinity sedan traveling on Chestnut Street.  The operator of the vehicle, later identified as Kimani Williams, 28, of Bridgeport, was driving erratically, said Lt.
