Mold, Bare Hands, No Sanitizing: 3 Fairfield Eateries Fail Health Inspections
Three restaurants in Fairfield were cited with multiple health infractions resulting in failing grades for health inspections performed in the last 30 days.
A doughnut shop, a pizza parlor, and a Sacred Heart University dining facility all failed to meet the Town of Fairfield's Health Department's standards in the month of February, according to the department.
On Monday, Feb. 13, the dining facility at SHU called 63's, received a failing grade of 85, according to documents from the Town of Fairfield's health department.
