Speeding Vehicle Stop Leads To Drug Possession Charges For Trio, Police Say Three men are facing drug possession charges after a traffic stop for speeding on Route 15 by Connecticut State Police. The men were stopped around 12:45 a.m., Wednesday, July 24, when troopers spotted the 2018 Chevy Suburban they were in traveling at a high rate of speed northbound on the highway in Milford, said the Connecticut State Police. Troopers stopped a 2018 Chevrolet Suburban at approximately 12:45 a.m. on Wednesday, July 24, when it passed a patrol car at a high rate of speed north on Route 15 in the vicinity of exit 53.
