18-Year-Old Nabbed For DUI After Wrong-Way Crash, CT State Police Say A Connecticut teen has been charged for allegedly being drunk while driving the wrong way on a busy roadway and causing a crash that injured two. The incident took place in Hartford County around 3:50 p.m., Thursday, March 24 on I-91 Exit 45 off-ramp in East Windsor,  Connecticut State Police said. Tolland County resident Jaiden Henry Mcmanus, age 18, of Vernon, was arrested on Thursday by troopers.
