Fish and Patriots postponed due to inclement weather

(Bridgeport) – Tonight’s (Monday, June 9) game versus the Somerset Patriots has been postponed due to inclement weather. Ticket holders for Monday's (6/9) game can exchange their tickets at The Ballpark at Harbor Yard Box Office for a ticket of equal or lesser value to any one of the remaining Bluefish regular season home games during the 2014 season (except for Monday, June 16), based on availability.

Monday's (6/9) game will be made up at a later date.

The Bluefish will travel to Long Island on Wednesday for a three-game series against the Long Island Ducks and will return home on Saturday, June 14 to square off against the Lancaster Barnstormers.

The Bridgeport Bluefish have announced that Pete Rose will manage the team for one game on Monday, June 16 at The Ballpark at Harbor Yard in Bridgeport, CT. Rose, the all-time Major League Baseball hits leader, last managed a professional baseball game just under 25 years ago on August 24, 1989 with the Cincinnati Reds. He will don a professional baseball uniform once again, this time for the Bridgeport Bluefish, as they square off against the Lancaster Barnstormers. Tickets are available at the Bluefish Ticket Office, calling (203) 210-BLUE, or by visiting www.bridgeportbluefish.com.
