After 20 years in Bridgeport, the team will be moving to High Point, N.C., the Post said.
Last month, Bridgeport announced that the Ballpark at Harbor Yard will be converted into an outdoor amphitheater, which will be used as a music venue.

Fans have a last chance to catch the Bluefish in action. Three home games remain — on Sept. 15 to 17 — against the Somerset Patriots. If the Bluefish make the playoffs, there could be postseason games as well.
The team's plans for 2018 were not clear the Post said. It was also unknown whether the Bluefish would change their name when they move to the middle of North Carolina.
The end of the Bluefish era came last month when the City of Bridgeport announced the selection of developers and operators to transform Harbor Yard from a minor league baseball stadium into a state-of-the-art amphitheater.
Live Nation, the world’s largest live entertainment company, will join forces with Howard Saffan, owner of the Shelton-based SportsCenter of Connecticut, to create Harbor Yard Amphitheatre LLC.
Ownership of the amphitheater will be retained by the city. The minor league baseball stadium will be renovated at a cost of about $15 million through a public/private partnership.
Fans will trade a season of minor league baseball for about 25 concerts per summer at the downtown site. The amphitheater is expected to open in spring 2019.
