University Of Bridgeport Hosting Talk On Emerging Growth Technologies

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- The University of Bridgeport will host a panel discussion called "Go Tell It On The Mountain: Scaling the Heights of Emerging Growth Technologies" to teach the ins and outs of this high-tech field.

The event will be from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Thursday, April 9, at the Schelfhaudt Gallery in the Arnold Bernhard Center at UB, 84 Iranistan Ave., Bridgeport.

You can learn how to build a scalable technology company from people who are involved with everything from data backup, cloud computing, and search engines for TV and radio.

The panelists will be:

Austin McChord, founder and CEO of Datto Inc.
David Ives, CEO of Tveyes
Michael Boccardi, president and CEO of Cervalis
Gad J. Selig, moderator, associate dean and director of technology management at UB

5:30-6 p.m.: Wine and Cheese
6-7 p.m.: Program and Q&A
7-7:30 p.m.: Networking
