Easton Police said on Facebook that Route 58 is closed due to wires down associated with the collision that took place around 12 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 20.

The roadway is closed between Valley Road and Silver Hill Road.

Detour signs have been directing drivers to other routes in the area.

Police were not sure how long the road will be closed.
