Woman Robs Chase Bank In Bridgeport

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. — A woman stole about $500 during a bank robbery in Bridgeport Tuesday afternoon, according to the Connecticut Post.

The robbery took place at the Chase Bank on Boston Avenue at around 3 p.m., the Connecticut Post reported. A white woman wearing a baseball hat and sunglasses walked in and handed a teller a note demanding money, according to the Connecticut Post.

After getting her $500, the woman then left the bank, according to the Connecticut Post. There was no weapon displayed and nobody was injured during the robbery, police told the Connecticut Post. Police are investigating and anyone with information is asked to contact the police department.
