Two Arrested On Drug Charges In Bridgeport Raid

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- Two alleged drug dealers were arrested by Bridgeport police over the weekend along with a large amount of ammunition, drugs, steroids and cash, according to the Connecticut Post.

Darius Gamble, 31, and Vivian Rodriguez, 28, both of Bridgeport, were arrested after police raided their home. During the raid, the couple's one month-old baby was placed in the custody of the state Department of Children and Families, the Connecticut Post reported. Both were arrested and charged with a variety of charges and released on $100,000 bail each, said the Connecticut Post.

Police said items seized during the raid included $42,614 in cash, 133 grams of crack cocaine, marijuana, anabolic steroids and prescription drugs, added the Connecticut Post.
