Person Reported Shot In One Of Two Bridgeport Robberies

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. — At least one person was shot during one of two robberies reported in Bridgeport on Friday, according to the Connecticut Post.

Police received a report of shots fired in Washington Park near Kossuth Avenue at around 10:45 a.m. Friday, according to the Connecticut Post. A person was shot during an attempted robbery, and their condition was not immediately known, the Connecticut Post reported.

Another robbery was reported at around 11:07 near Jones Avenue, according to the Connecticut Post. In that incident, a teenage boy was assaulted by a person or persons in a Chevy Blazer, the Connecticut Post reported. The two reported robberies are under investigation, according to the Connecticut Post.
