The girl reported that she was walking home on Fairfield Avenue on Monday afternoon when she was approached by a man later identified as 55-year-old Sinclair Smalls of Norwalk, the Connecticut Post reported. Smalls was driving a gray SUV and wearing sunglasses and a hat when he pulled up to the girl, according to the Connecticut Post.
Smalls called the teen over to his car, but she kept walking, police told the Connecticut Post. He drove around the block and stopped several times to try to get the girl over to his car, but she ignored him and called the police when she got home, according to the Connecticut Post.
Police told the Connecticut Post that they spotted the SUV later that day and the girl positively identified Smalls. Smalls was taken into custody and searched, which revealed that he had a Viagra pill in his pocket, according to the Connecticut Post. He was charged with breach of peace and held on a $10,000 bond, the Connecticut Post reported.
