Man Shot To Death At Bridgeport Restaurant; Owner Injured

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. — A gunman shot to death a 33-year-old Bridgeport man at Rootsman Kitchen in the city on Saturday, according to NBC Connecticut.

Derrick Hill died at the scene, NBC said. Dennis Hines, 50, who was identified as the owner of the restaurant at 500 Park Ave. by the Connecticut Post, was also shot, NBC said.

Hines was treated at St.Vincent’s Medical Center for non-life threatening injuries, the Post said.
