The fire was restricted to two apartment apartments, but smoke and water damage affected many other apartments, making the entire building uninhabitable, the report said.

The building's electrical and water services must be checked before residents can move back in, the report said.

There were no injuries, and all of the residents evacuated the building safely, the report said.
