Bridgeport Man Reportedly Stabs Mother

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- A Bridgeport man allegedly stabbed his mother multiple times, leaving her unresponsive with "blood everywhere" on Thursday morning, according to CT Post.

Bridgeport Police have taken a man in custody for allegedly stabbing his mother.

The victim's daughter contacted authorities and stated her mother was hurt during an altercation with her son around 6:20 a.m., CT Post reported.

The suspect was taken into custody around 8:30 a.m., CT Post said.
