BRIDGEPORT, Conn. — A Bridgeport man was killed on his 20th birthday in a crash on Interstate 95 in Milford on Saturday morning, according to the Connecticut Post.
Ricardo Phagoo lost control of a 2016 Hyundai Elantra on southbound I-95 at 5:26 a.m., crashing into a light poll and a tree, Connecticut State police told the Post.
Phagoo, who was alone in the car, was pronounced dead at Bridgeport Hospital, police said.
